Alhamdulilah acara berjalan dengan lancar. Acara tersebut adalah Pelatihan Kebencanaan dan Pembagian Insentif bagi direktur se Kota Yogyakarta. Acara ini diselenggarakan oleh Baznas Kota Yogyakarta bekerjasama dengan Badko TPA Kota dan BPPD Kota Yogyakarta.
Di hari Ahad tersebut, seluruh direktur dan Ketua Rayon se-Kota Yogyakarta berkumpul di Balaikota. Sebelum dibagikan insentif kepada seluruh direktur yang hadir, terlebih dahulu diisi dengan pelatihan kebencanaan oleh Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah Kota Yogyakarta. Pelatihan meliputi tentang jenis-jenis bencana, penanganan bencana sampai langkah-langkah pencegahan bencana.
Acara diakhiri sekitar pukul 15.00 pada saat dikumandangkan adzan ashar.
